Industrial Parks

Convenient access to interstate transportation is an important feature of North Little Rock industrial parks. The city of North Little Rock has been thoroughly scouted for land for development and an inventory of available sites has been complied. Infrastructure data regarding utilities, zoning, and transportation are included.

Central Arkansas I-440 Industrial Park: Located near I-440 on State Highway 165. The park has 243 acres of level-grassy land of which 176 acres are available.

D&B Business Park : North Little Rock along U.S. Highway 65 six miles from Little Rock National Airport and four miles from Little Rock Port Authority.

Harris I-40 Industrial Park: Located on I-40 at the Galloway exchange. North Little Rock water, sewer, and electric service have been extended to serve the 400 acre site of which 360 acres are still available.

McCain East Business Park : Located in North Little Rock on Highway 161 one mile north of I-40 and two miles east of U.S. Highway 67/167.

McCain East Industrial Park : Located on East McCain Boulevard. It is easily accessible to U.S. Highway 67/167 and I-40 via the new Springhill interchange. There is 37 acres of which 11 acres available.

North Little Rock I-440 Industrial Park: Located adjacent to I-440 at Exit 8, with direct connections to interstates I-40 and I-30. It is zoned I-2, complete with underground utilities, convenient access to rail, public and private river ports, as well as local regional airports.

Rose City Industrial Park : Located on U.S Highway 70. Three miles from downtown Little Rock,

Springhill Commercial Park : Located adjacent to Springhill interchange on I-40. The site has easy access to U.S. Highway 67/167. A new road has been built to provide easier and safer access to both U.S. Highways.

The Industrial parks are fully served by city utilities. The city of North Little Rock provides water, sewer, and electric. CenterPoint Energy Arkla provides natural gas. The telephone service is provided by Southwestern Bell. Union Pacific Railroad serves as the rail provider.
